Art Care Guide

A few gentle habits will keep your piece beautiful for years to come.

For Every Piece

A soft, dry cloth or soft brush is all you need for regular dusting. For deeper texture, a cool hairdryer on its lowest setting will gently lift dust from the crevices.

Please keep your piece away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat. Water, alcohol, solvents, and abrasive cleaners are best avoided.

When moving your piece, hold it from the bottom with clean, dry hands.

Ceramic

Ceramic is smooth and elegant, but it can chip if knocked against hard surfaces. A barely damp cloth can be used for light marks — simply dry it immediately afterward. Please do not soak, submerge, or place it in a dishwasher.

Plaster

Plaster is porous and loves to breathe, so it should never be cleaned with water or a damp cloth. A dry, soft brush is the kindest choice.

Please keep plaster away from bathrooms, kitchens, and other humid spaces. If a stain appears, do not scrub — simply reach out to us, and we will help.

For aromatherapy, use only the designated spot, as oils may stain unsealed plaster.

Wood

Wood prefers a dry, soft cloth. Please avoid wet cloths, alcohol, solvents, and furniture polish.

Keep it away from radiators, air conditioners, and sudden temperature changes.

When handling, hold the frame or base rather than the textured surface.
